It's not particularly clear where to put this question. I sort of implied a possibility of a bug in the code related to the proxy settings and/or usage. The other strange thing that I just noticed is that Ankh works perfectly fine with our network and proxy. Do you think Ankh is written differently and does not require supporting WebDAV requests? Even if it is so, would it be possible to change TortoiseSVN not to rely on WebDAV if it is not that crucial?
