TortoiseSVN crashes on selecting 'Split lines' in log message editor when there is `tsvn:logwidthmarker`

Hello,

I've just encountered a crash in TortoiseSVN. Here are the dumps:

And here is a reproduction script:

1. Add `tsvn:logwidthmarker` property with some value (e.g. `80`) to the
project and commit this change.

2. Checkout a working copy of the project.

3. Make some changes and run 'SVN Commit' to open the Commit dialog. You
should see the log width marker.

4. Enter the text as a log message:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Proin id mi
interdum, congue mauris quis, feugiat lectus. In ullamcorper tellus
lorem, a aliquet leo fermentum et. Nulla imperdiet quam sit amet nisi
dictum varius.
]]]

5. Select this text and right-click it to open the context menu.

6. Select 'Split lines'.

After 6th step, TortoiseSVN (TortoiseProc.exe) hangs, may start taking all
the available RAM on my machine and crashes at some point.

The problem does not reproduce without log width marker in my case.

I'm using:
Windows 10 64-bit 10.0.14393,
TortoiseSVN 1.9.4 64-bit.
