TortoiseMerge: During save file, share read access

example:
Open C:\repo\abc.txt in Atom Text Editor

Use TortoiseMerge to edit and save file C:\repo\abc.txt.

Atom shows error in orange prompt
---------------------------------
Unable to read file after file change event. Make sure you have permission to access
C:\repo\abc.txt
EBUSY: resource busy or locked, open 'C:\repo\abc.txt'

No such problem if the file is edited by other programs such as notepad++
