I tried with LanguagePack_1.9.3.27038-x64-ko.msi and it works fine for
me here. Please check the dll file(s) in
%programfiles%\TortoiseSVN\Languages and make sure those are the new
ones you installed. Maybe the installer could not replace your old files
there for some reason?
