Checksum mismatch for TortoiseSVN-1.9.0.26652-x64-svn-1.9.0

Hello,
I get a mismatch when running a check on the hashes provided on
https://sourceforge.net/projects/tortoisesvn/files/?source=navbar
for TortoiseSVN-1.9.0.26652-x64-svn-1.9.0.

Also,
When looking at the self signed digital sig, I see that the name and title have been swapped.

Not sure is it's accurate or has been changed to look similar but being the hashes do not match and the sig does not match i did not feel comfortable installing and wanted to bring it to your attention.

I have attached a screenshot of the dependencies.
