New strings, doubt if they can be localized properly

Hi Folks,
in the latest .po files there are quite a few new strings in the following
#. Resource IDs: (32779)
#. Resource IDs: (32773)
#. Resource IDs: (32772)
and so on. Does the character (sometimes combined with Ctrl) indicate yet
You see the problem in the localization. The translated '<Alt>+<#>' may be
There's also a dubious resource string:

how should this be translated?!? Is this seriously an '&' or should it
