URGENT: Issue creating build using "nant setup"

1. I installed TortoiseSVN Ver. 1.8
2. I checked out the source from https://svn.code.sf.net/p/tortoisesvn/code/trunk.
3. I tried following the build instructions provided
in build.txt file (attached)
4. While executing the command "nant setup" in command prompt, I get build error. Please refer to buildlog.txt.

I need your help in resolving this build error.

I also tried building the solution in VS2013 and I could see only 12 projects succeeding and remaining 18failed. Please refer to the TortoiseShell.log file.
