Is it possible, that these three strings:

Edit property '%1!S!' on

%2!ls!
--- 1 ---

--- 2 ---
Remove property '%1!S!' from

%2!ls!
--- 2 ---

--- 3 ---
Set property '%1!S!' on

%2!ls!
--- 3 ---

should also have a %1!ls! in their first line?
