CommitMonitor: Last project profile is not removed from "%APPDATA%\CommitMonitor", but can be removed from the list of monitored projects

Hello,

It seems that there is a minor bug in CommitMonitor.

If there is only one project being monitored and I remove it then it
disappears from the list. However, it is not actually removed and when
I exit CommitMonitor and start it again the project is still there. I
guess that there should be a notification like "you can't remove the
only monitored project" or it has to be removed as user expects.

CommitMonitor 1.10.2.1025 64-bit.
