Hello,

TortoiseSVN allows to run "repair move" on files that were properly
renamed and this action reverts the renamed file.

Reproduction script:

1. Rename a file in a working copy via TortoiseSVN | Rename,
2. Open Commit dialog via TortoiseSVN | Commit,
3. In the Changes made list, select both original (deleted) and
renamed (added+) file and right-click,
4. Click Repair move.

Results in the error:

---------------------------
Error
---------------------------
The system cannot find the file specified.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Moreover, local modifications made to the renamed file are lost. I.e.
it looks like TortoiseSVN reverted the renamed file.
