This is fixed now, but I noticed another unexpected behaviour in project
monitor.
If you diff a file in project monitor (double-click on it), TortoiseSVN
will first bring the window behind the project monitor to the foreground
before loading the diff tool. This only happens in the project monitor, not
in the normal log dialog.
Doesn't make a difference whether shift+double-click (TortoiseMerge) or
double-click (User-defined diff tool) is used.
