Feature suggestions for the TortoiseSVN project monitor

Hi Stefan,

I have two (hopefully small) feature suggestions for the project monitor.

1: Drag & Drop folders to create a project that is monitoring a path
automatically
1a: Bonus: Also drag & drop URLs
2: Configurable default monitor time in the settings

At least for me 30 minutes is too frequent :). I monitor a lot of open
source repositories and a polling interval of >8-12 hours is more than
sufficient.
