TortoiseSVN 1.8.9.26117-win32-svn-1.8.11.msi on WIN-XP/32 SP3+; Error after Update

Hello all,

I reconfirm the issue as reported by Mr. Paweł Jurlewicz - Yuma <pawel dot
jurlewicz at yuma dot pl>;
Same as Pawel, I had to go back to V 1.8.8.

Further details:
- the SVN icons and the SVN context menues (main + sub) appear as usually.
- but, when clicking on any action (commit, cleanup, ... setup, about)
simply nothing happens.

- when clicking e.g. "Start/ All_Programms/ TortoiseSVN/
TortoiseSvnReposBrowser " I got a WIN error message.
Something like "... could not ... to .... DLL". - Sorry, I forgot to make
notes of the detailed wordings.
