Translation questions

Hi Folks,

there are quite a few new strings to translate and while doing so, the
following questions arose:

New "Diff command", "Diff header", ... strings
In TortoiseSVN the shorthand "Diff" is used either as verb "To diff"
(compare) or as noun "The difference" (comparison result). In order to
translate this properly into German, I have to know which of the two. With
the new strings this is not always clear.

The same problem with the following string:
"Export files (*.tsex)|*.tsex|All Files (*.*)|*.*||" are we talking about
"exporting files" or are we talking about the class of "Export files",
probably the latter, but I'd like to be sure.

The pair:
"Import Settings from file..." and "Import settings to file..." doesn't
make sense to me. Shouldn't it read "Export settings to file..."?
