Strange problem with the commit dialog

Hi folks,

I have a strange problem with the commit dialog that bites me once in a
while for a long time. I haven't found a reliable way yet to reproduce it,
which is why I haven't reported it yet. It exists in all TSVN 1.8.x
versions and probably also ín 1.7.x. I can also only guess at the reason
for this behaviour. Maybe it's the issue-regex, maybe it's a problem in the
edit control when it tries to bold/underline text enclosed in "*" or "_",
maybe it's the auto-suggest. It works 90% of the time, but when "it
happens", the commit dialog is basically "out of order" and cannot recorver
from this state.

What happens:
I enter my log message and while typing, all of a sudden, the last 5-20
characters that I have typed disappear and the cursor jumps back the
corresponding number of characters. I can get those disappeared characters
back by entering Ctrl+Z, but I cannot continue to type anything in the
commit dialog. Each keypress makes those characters disappear again, or if
I haven't pressed Ctrl+Z, some other previously typed text disappears.

My workaround is to do Ctrl+Z, copy everything, paste it into an external
editor, write the log message there, paste everything back into the commit
dialog and commit.

I can try to provide screenshots or record it with the problem step
recorder after it has happened, but I don't know when it's going to strike.
Can be today, can be in two weeks.

Has this already been reported by anyone else?
