how to upload project into SVN

I have a project in SVN repository.
I have checkout that project using tortoise SVN.

Copied the project in a pen drive to another machine.

modified the project (removed some file , added few files, modified few files) in that machine.

Now I want to upload the new content into SVN from other machine.

Can you please tell me the steps ?
