RE: Website footers

The only difference between those 2 is that the js one loads jquery and the local libraries. And since not all pages use that, it's an overkill to load them for all of the pages ;)

Basically, you need to load the JS one if you add images to open with Fancybox, otherwise footer.html should be enough.
