As it seems, the repo browser asks for info on the url
https://ihbsrc1/svn/data/customer/trunk
which seems odd: all other urls have the form svn://ihbsrc1/work/trunk.
It's not just the https/svn that's different but also /svn/data/ and /work.

It tries to get the https:// url after reading the properties of
svn://ihbsrc1/work/trunk/development
Please have a look at the properties on that folder.
What externals are set on that folder?

Also: please clear the log cache using the settings dialog
(Settings->Saved data->Clear).
