I would prefer "leave only marked changes". I prefer using the word
"changes" because a change has to relate to something (the left view
in this case) whereas a block is a standalone item. To me, "leave only
marked blocks" implies that you are throwing away the unchanged lines
as well and only keeping the marked blocks. "leave only marked
changes" means you have the left view and apply only the marked
changes.

Does that make any sense?
