First of all you are on the wrong list. This one is purely about the
development of TSVN and does not have many readers. The one you want is the
users list which many people read, so you are more likely to get an answer
from someone who has seen this before. Copying this to the users list now.
I can't answer this myself, but before you start mud-slinging please
remember that there are hundreds of thousands of users who are not
experiencing this issue so it is possible that it may be a problem on your
PC rather than a bug in our stupid product. A little civility goes a long
way towards getting a helpful response.
One (remote) possibility is that the MSI was corrupted. It's a bit of a
long shot but odd things do happen with corrupted files. You could try
re-downloading from a different mirror.
