Is there a way to import only selected files

Background: I have my project folder with a solution and a sub folder. The sub folder contains the executable files (.exe), a bib folder etc.

Question:If i want to import only the executable files(.exe) in the subfolder excluding the bin folder and other files.Is there a way i can import only executable files.

I know for files , i can add .some extension to ignore lists. but can we ignore folders (bin)
