Hi Jesus,
I'm getting exactly the same problem (and message) on both 32-bit Win7 and on Windows XP.
I've found that if I do a clean checkout to a separate directory, then copy the directory trees across (apart from the .svn directory tree), I can do a successful commit. Unfortunately, if I want to add more files later on, I have to do the same thing all over again.
It's a workaround for now until this problem gets fixed - IF it actually works for you.
 Regards,
 Geoff
