SVN Vendorbranch here does not copy all files

Hello,

I just tried the v1.8+ SVN Vendorbranch here feature. It works very nice
except for that it does not copy over the contents of new directories.
It does copy over the new directory but e.g. not new files inside it. Is
that on purpose? I'm using latest v1.8.1 TortoiseSVN.
