Update anchestry

I'm not if I asked before, but ca not find reference.

I copied file in WC using TSVN, the source file changed in mean while
(implementing some changes new file have too), can I use GUI to update
file source (before commit)? For a moment I have small cmd script to do
work, but recently not only source file changed, but I wanted to change
file copy was taken from.
