Tortoise SVN Developer Guide format

Hi,

I have not forgotten about the developer / style guide for people with commit access or who wish to submit patches.

What would the preferred format of such a document be:
1. MS Word
2. HTML
3. Text
4. PDF
5. XML (following the help format).

I don't have strong preferences, but think a text based format would be better (for diffs etc). If we decide now, I won't have to change the format later.

My preference: Text
