TortoiseSVN 1.8.0 released

Hi,

About 20 months after the 1.7.0 release we're finally ready with the
next major release: 1.8.0.
This release is linked with the latest Subversion library 1.8.0.

A lot of improvements have gone into this release, both in TortoiseSVN
and of course the Subversion library.

Please read those thoroughly before you upgrade to TortoiseSVN 1.8 to
