Patch is missing the resource files (utf-16 encoded).

I've set you up with commit access so you can commit your changes yourself.
I know I can trust you :)

also I'm not sure this patch is really necessary: for 1.9 I'd like to
remove all XP related workarounds since supporting that ancient OS just
causes more work than it's worth.
