Feature request: beeter issue tracker integration in history dialog

TortoiseSVN currently has good issue in the commit dialog, where one can use both regular expressions to identify issue ids and plugins for additional functionality. On the other hand, the history dialog integration is limited.

It would be great to add the ability to use issue tracker integrstion plugins in history dialog. For example, this can be used to display issue information such as full title, status and the person, responsible for on hover on the issue's number.
