TortoiseMerge starts slowly when Windows 7 is set to enlarge UI elements and text

Hello,

As SVN 1.8 is going to be released in the next few weeks, I'm
performing some testing with the current TortoiseSVN nightly builds.

I've noticed a nasty behavior of TortoiseMerge in the most recent
nighlty TortoiseSVN 1.7.99 builds. When I have upscaled UI and text on
Windows 7, I see that TortoiseMerge starts very slowly. When I revert
to default settings, TortoiseMerge starts instantly. I don't
experience this with TortoiseSVN 1.7.12.

* Environment:

Windows 7 64bit,
TortoiseSVN-1.7.99.24235-dev-x64.

* Reproduction script:

1. Install TortoiseSVN 1.7.99.24235,
2. Go to Start | Control Panel | Display,
3. Check "Larger - 150%" and click Apply. You should log off and log
on again to propagate this change,
4. Start TortoiseMerge and wait for up to 5 seconds till it actually shows up.
