Refactoring LogDlg::OnInitDlg - making the method shorter and extracting into separate methods

Hi,
I am going to commit a refactoring (extract method) of the OnInitDlg() method. Stefan and I did some testing, and I will do a full build and do some more testing before going ahead. This is just a heads up to let you know its coming.
