That was My idea :)

I haven't check your patch, but I expect (and you may miss it) is
possibility to "force" EOL, typicaly you can change Default EOL, but you
may have different EOL on some lines. I'm not sure, but I think all
lines are in fact loaded with their EOLs and only new lines are "AUTO".
Is it this "forcing" there ?

On other note:
For some exotic reasons (autodetect has failed) I would like to have
posibility to reload file using "forced" encoding.

What do you think ?
