[Feature] Run pre-commit script from Commit dialog

I would like to run precomit script from commit dialog. Before commit
diffs are checked, sometime this mean to run IDE again, it may mess with
files again, and then precommit hook have to be run. For a moment I use
"commit" from TSVN menu, but have access to it from commit dialog would
be great.
