TortoiseSVN 1.7.12 released

We're proud to announce that TortoiseSVN 1.7.12 has been released.
It is linked against Subversion 1.7.9

In this release a few bugs have been fixed, both in TortoiseSVN and the
svn library.

  The release also contains fixes for the following security issues in
the svn library:

     CVE-2013-1845
     CVE-2013-1846
     CVE-2013-1847
     CVE-2013-1849
     CVE-2013-1884
