Dear Stefan,

I'm continuing In "Multi-view edit" this was second part.

I successfully added new button to ribbon (not best graphics, though),
but I was not able to make call OnToggleReadonly wehn clicked. If you
can pls set it.
Also that button is not implemented in non ribbon mode - this really out
of my knowledge :(

Also I did not find yet way (not look for hard yet) how to update its
state according view with cursor. Can you point me to proper function if
implemented?
For a moment there is mark in view title.

In previous commit same string was added as literal not resource in
about week when gui will be tested they can be moved to .rc.

Did not found issue for this ... if will be in 1.8 only so probably not
needed.

I'm keeping commits smaller so you can watch if I don't get into totally
wrong direction.
