Could not read chunk size

I have
1) TortoiseSVN 1.7.11 on my Windows 7 (64bit)
2) VisualSVN 2.5.8 (http://www.visualsvn.com/server/) on Windows Server 2008.
When I tried to use TortoiseSVN to either export or checkout, I got the attached error.
My file in SVN is a zip file but I don't think it matters.
Do you have any idea?
