SubWCRev return codes are not described

I have some problem on my WS with path in cygwin we use to compile
microprocesor firmware. So I copy SubWcRev exe and some .dll to other
location. Now SubWcRev return error 1, what is it? No Doc found on
return codes.

BTW. online doc seems be coded in other then UTF8, and there is not meta
about that. It may be fine (once it works) for online browsing, but for
offline browsing, encoding meta should be filled.
