Issue tracker button disabled while TortoiseSVN is scanning the working copy

Hi Folks,

while TortoiseSVN is scanning the working copy for changes, the issue
tracker button stays disabled. The Issue ID, the log message MRU list and
the log message window are enabled. Would it be possible to enable the
issue tracker button as well?

TortoiseSVN on my PC needs between 30 and 40 seconds to scan the working
copy and enables the issue tracker button afterwards. It would be really
nice if I could already select tickets, while TortoiseSVN is still grinding.
