want to change repo directory structure w/o changing WC structure

Hi All,

I'm working with an existing repo that someone else initially set up. The set it up a little funky so that all of the project folders are on the same level as the trunk, tag and branch folders - when you do a checkout of this project you get the truck, branch and tag folders in your checkout (those 3 folders are currently empty).

Can i just use the repo browse to move all my project folders into the trunk folder? Will this effect my working copy in any way (other then removing the tag, trunk and branch folders). Or is there some other way I should do this?
