I had some trouble finding the update. Just in case anyone else made the same mistake, here's how you get that update:
- Run Windows update and get all the updates
- Install VS2010 SP1
- Install the compiler update:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=4422
And then run Windows update again.

You should see 20+ updates for VS2010, and this one should be among them. KB2455033 was replaced by http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2542054
