Apply patch does not always prompt to save changes

Hi Stefan,

If I TSVN->Apply patch and double click on a file name in the patch
list, the patch is applied to that file in memory but the file is not
saved and there is no prompt to save on exit. If I patch all then the
files are patched and saved immediately.
