Progress dialog not scrolling far enough

Hi Stefan,

When I update a WC and the number of items in the progress causes it
to scroll, the scrolling doesn't go quite far enough and the line
"Completed At revision 23299" is hidden, so it is not obvious that the
update has finished. We had this problem several years ago and it
seems to have returned.
