Merge didn't go as smooth as hoped, but it works now.
Nightly build is online:
http://nightlybuilds.tortoisesvn.net/1.7.x/

Can you please test that? It seems with my old processor that only has
one core and hyperthreading, the multithreading issues just don't show
up so I can't really verify that the issue is solved.
