TortoiseIDiff

I've spotted various problems:
1. the splitter is not exactly in the middle (the attached patch fixes that) - this causes that some images with the same size, only the left is zoomed out
2. start in non-maximized mode -> maximize: both images are gone; normalize again still gone; only way to restore images: click on fit "images into window"
3. When starting, the images are not centered correctly (both are at the left border)
