Update after Choose items is slow

Hi Stefan,

I just tried using the Change Items button in update-to-rev to add the
"de" folder to my trunk/Languages checkout. It works fine but takes a
very long time because every single item in the Languages folder gets
an individual update when only 1 item was changed. Is it possible to
speed this up by only updating the changed items individually and then
doing a single overall update?
