Actually the form r12345 is pretty universally used because that is
the way the official subversion command line client refers to them.
@12345 means something completely different.
I can see your point, but having user names in the form r12345 seems
somewhat unusual, so I would prefer to see turning this off
implemented as a TSVN advanced setting rather than a project property.
Also, properties will only work for logs from the working copy. If you
show log from the repo browser the properties have to be fetched from
the server, slowing things down.
