Yes, it's a serious bug: you read the docs for the nightly build, but
you're still using the official release.

New features like "restore after commit" will not show up in the 1.7.x
releases but are only available in the unstable nightly builds, until
the next major release (i.e., 1.8.0).

And another annoying bug: you sent your report to the dev list instead
of the users list: you're a user of TSVN, not a developer.
