And it only is an issue with bigger updates, where you can fetch yourself a
coffee while the update is running :)

The idea with the hotkey "C" to jump from one conflicted entry to the next
is not bad, but without UI element it is a "hidden command" and it would
stay secret. I'd prefer the filtering to be like it is in the commit
dialog. This implementation is quite unobtrusive and very intuitive.
