Addittion to FAQ

This entry says there is no way to automate authentication while using TortoiseProc: http://tortoisesvn.net/faq.html#username.

This is not entirely correct, since when using TortoisePlink.exe you can enter a user and password arguments like so: C:\Program Files\TortoiseSVN\bin\TortoisePlink.exe -l username -pw password
And these command line arguments can be configured in TortoiseSVN settings.

I found this by googling and reading this post: http://www.kumarchetan.com/blog/2010/03/22/how-to-save-passwords-in-tortoisesvn/

But I think this solution has a place in the FAQ.
