[T-merge bug] slider can not be used after was out of screen

This is bit tricky.

Compare files in T-Merge normaly. Navigate to bottom part of files so
sliders are near bottom.
Move whole window down to get slider out of screen.
Select some lines on one of panes. Maybe you will neet to switch to
other window and back (I used mouse for that). Move T-Merge to be fully
seenable. Try use sliders to navigate. In my case I click thru slider.

I expect to use slider.
