[bug] No context menu on multiple items from explorer

After update TortoiseSVN 1.7.99, Build 22982 to TortoiseSVN 1.7.99,
Build 23007.

When I select multiple folders in Total Comannted (and Explorer as
well) there is no TSVN in contextmenu.
